1.On August 31st,1986,I swam across Longmen Reservoir near Baoding City.

  2.  On July 5th,  1987,I went to Huairou County of Beijing to take part in the competition of Beijing Huayuan Cup Ironman Triathlon. 215 triathletes from  5 countries or areas competed, and I won the 20th after 7 hours and 7 minutes and got the title of ironman of 2km swim,100km bike-ride and 42.195 marathon, a very hard  race.

  3.On August 23rd,1987,I went to Shenyang City to take part in the competition of Shennuxi Cup Modern Triathlon.100 Chinese and foreign triathletes competed and I won 22nd after 6 hours 49 minutes 53 seconds with doing 1km swim,80km bike-ride and 42.195km marathon.

  4. On May 26th, 1990, I went to compete Beijing International Triathlon. 51.5km cost me 2 hours 54 minutes 41 seconds, including 1.5km swim,40km bike-ride and 10km run. 

   5. On June 24th, 1990, I went to compete No.1 Shanghai International Triathlon.81.5 km cost me 5 hours 45 seconds, including 1.5 swim, 60km bike-ride, 20km run.

  6. On July 12th, 1992, I went to Harbin to compete Harbin-Beer Sun-Island Cup Triathlon. 51.5km included 1.5km swim, 40km bike-ride and 10km run.

   7. On July, 28th,1996, I successfully swam across Xidayang Reservoir in Tang County, Hebei Province, 15 kilometers cost me 4 hours and 8 minutes.  

    8. On August 18th, 1996, I went to compete Shenyang Chengda Cup Asain's Triathlon 51.5km cost me 2 hours 50 minutes 16 seconds, including 1.5km swim, 40km bike-ride and 10km run.

    9. On September 20th,1998. I was assigned by Baoding  Sport Committee and went to  Gutian County , Fujian Province to  take part in the national open water area swimming competition and won the 12th of the aged group.  

    10. On August 1st,1999, I swam around  Huangbizhuang Reservoir which located at north-west of Shijiazhuang City. About 25 kilometers cost me 7 hours and 53 minutes. The slogan of this activity was "Challenge the nature, over myself, swim toward the new century.

    11. On August 16th, 2000, I swam across Wangkuai Reservoir in Quyang County, Hebei Province. About 22 kilometers cost me 7 hours and 49 minutes.

    12. On June 2001,I went to Hainan Province by air to take part in the first medal competition for swimming across  Qiongzhou Strait. On June 16th, I spent  8 hours and 59 minutes to swim from Baishawan,the start, Xuwen County, Guangdong Province to the  Holiday Beath, Haikou City, Hainan Province. There I overcame biting ache from algae and tiger fish as well as ache from oral cavity erosion and reached the end.

    13. On August 11th,2002, I swam around Angezhuang Reservoir,Yixian County, Hebei Province. About 18 kilometers swim cost me 4 hours 30 minutes.

    14.  On August 16th,2003, I swam across Zhuzhuang Reservoir,Xingtai City, Hebei Province. About 9 kilometers swim cost me 2 hours 43 minutes.Fang Jun and his wife Zhang Yong, Dongfang, Xiao Wang the taxi driver followed me there.

    15.  On September 6th,2003, I swam around Longtanhu Reservoir,Shunping County, Hebei Province. About 6 kilometers swim cost me 1 hours 36 minutes 39 seconds. Fang Jun followed me there.

     16. On September 13th,2003, I swam around Hengshanling Reservoir,Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. About 11 kilometers swim cost me 3 hours 24 minutes 56 seconds. The start and finish line was Tangjiayuan Village.Fang Jun followed me there.

   17. On September 20th,2003, I swam around Koutou Reservoir,Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. About 7 kilometers swim cost me 2 hours 13 minutes 11 seconds. The start and finish line was the eastern side of the dam. Dongfang followed me there.

    18.  On October 4th,2003, I swam across Yuecheng Reservoir,Handan City, Hebei Province. About 6.2 kilometers swim cost me 1 hours 51 minutes 11 seconds.  Fang Jun followed me there.

   19.   On January 1st, 2004, I competed Baoding New Year Run first time in my life.

     20.  On May 22nd, 2004, I swam Hengshui Lake to and fro; the distance was about 12km. My wife, my friends Fang Jun, Dongfang the boating driver Huo and a taxi man Li Jianguo followed me to do this.

     21. On July 4th, 2004, I went to Guide County Qinghai Province to compete 2004 Zhonglian Cup Swim Across Huanghe River Challenging Game. The source of Huanghe River is very clear but cold at about 8ºc and the water puored about 2.7m/s which was the highland of 2200m high from the sea.

  22.On July 25th, 2004, I went to Jiayuguan, Gansu Province to compete 2004 ITU/ASTC International Asian Champion Cup Series Match. This Great Wall Cup included 1.5km swim, 40km bike-ride and 10km run. I was still No.1 in Hebei Province in the age group.

  23.On October 12th, 2004, I went to Hebei Medical College in Baoding at 4:40 p.m. to compete a 1200m running race, still I was the No.1 in our six provincial unit. I felt very exciting and powerful after the race, although I had already had an accident with my foot finger in the late training.  

  24. On December 18th ,2004, I wore LYR  flipper to do one minute underwater swim and the result was 43 meters long.

25.  On January 1st, 2005, I got two sport fans Zhang Yanshuang and Han Jian to compete Baoding New Year Run .The results were No. 4 for female group and No. 6 for male group.

26. On May 15th, 2005, I first competed National Biathlon in Shandong Province .         

27.  On October 29th, 2005, I first competed  Dalian International  Winter Swim Race in Liaoning Province.         

28.On April 26th, 2006, I did  20km swim without eating and drinking in the indoor swimming pool. And I completed  easily under the guide of  the professional swim coach.

29. On July 2nd, 2006, I competed  National Biathlon in Beijing.         

30. On July 12th, 2006, I went to Guangzhou to swim across Zhujiang River in Guangdong Province .

31. On July 15th, 2006, I went to swim across Changjiang River in Hubei Province .

32.  On August 6th,2006, I swam across  Gangnan Reservoir, Hebei Province. About 11 kilometers swim cost me 4 hours 4 minutes.

33. On  August 27th, 2006, I went to have an open air swim competition in Weihai City Shandong Province.But before this I swam across Guanting Reservoir, Hebei Province while the distance was short.

34. On September 23rd,2006,I competed  National Triathlon in Beijing.

35. On April 28th, 2007, I competed  National Biathlon in Beijing after my wound in the traffic was recovered within a month. 

36. On May 13th, 2007, I competed  National Triathlon in Yicheng, Hubei Province after my wound in the traffic was recovered more than one month and half. 

37. On July 1st, 2007, I competed  National Triathlon in Suixian, Henan Province. 

38. On April 20th, 2008, I competed  Ironmanchina Triathlon in  Haikou,Hainan Province. I competed the full distance 140.6miles and won 35th in the age group.

39. I ever had long-distance running competitions held by Hebei Health Bereau , Hebei University, Baoding Trade Union, and won No.1 for many times.
